Port maintenance, delivered the way we deliver every scheduled contract.
MISC extends its municipal and infrastructure maintenance model to port grounds: quay, berth and yard cleaning, marine debris removal, and drainage and outfall cleaning within the port boundary, delivered under contract on cycles agreed with the port authority or terminal operator.
Crews and machines are assigned to the contract for its duration, the same way they are on a municipal cycle, so the schedule holds through the year rather than competing with other work for equipment.
References relevant to your scope are provided on request during prequalification.

Our approach
Continuity of service
Crews and machines are assigned to the contract, so cycles hold through the year.
Documented cycles
Routes, volumes and exceptions recorded each pass and issued to the client.
Environmental method
Water use controlled; collected material handled and disposed of to the port authority's requirements.
Cover and redundancy
In-house workshop and spare units keep a machine failure from breaking the schedule.
